How to request a refund
Email us at hello@gripspan.com within 99 days of placing your order, with your order number and/or the email address used to place the order. We'll provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is on its way, we'll issue a full refund of the product price as paid to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
Conditions
Refunds are available for purchases made directly through gripspan.com. We reserve the right to limit refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
Lifetime warranty
Beyond the 99 days, Gripspan products are covered by our lifetime warranty: if your gear breaks under normal use, we'll send a free replacement — you only cover the shipping. Reach out with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.
